Andalucia’s year round warm sunshine, expansive plains and protected national parks provide the perfect habitat for our colonies of bees to thrive on the nectar from the region’s abundant wild flowers and blossoms. The majority of our honey is single varietal, i.e from the pollination of a single flower species. Each carries its own distinct colour, aroma and complex flavour depending on the type of flower pollinated and the location of the beehives.
